I was a sprint customer but hated there customer service. So i went to tmobile. Tmobile has great customer service but their phones are crap. I had four phones thru them and none worked liked they were suppose too. My last phone was an HTC HD2. It had to be replaced 3 times because it would freeze and two times nothing helped to unfreeze it. So i decided to try verizon and get the droid x. Now this is what a phone should be. I love it. So far customer service has been really good. Very happy.

Congrats on your new phone. I've used Tmobile in the past and never had success with either their customer service or maintaining a good signal. Every time I called they would tell me that their coverage expands every week and that I would just have to wait until coverage rolled out to my area. Keep in mind I bought the phones and service because they bragged that they had excellent coverage of my area.
As for HTC products, they are hit or miss just because of the manufacturer not standing behind the devices. Once it's been built, they move on to a new bigger better device.
