So, today I had to restore factory defaults for multiple reasons. I let it run through its program and reset itself. When it powered back on I got a message on a black screen saying:
bootloader
ds.37
battery ok
ok to program
transfer mode:
usb
Nothing happened after this for several minutes. When it finally made it to the home page I went through the set up and it worked just fine. But I also needed to plug it in to charge. It would not charge at all! I took the battery out and let it sit for a couple minutes before putting it back in. Still would not charge. When I took the battery out a second time it gave me the same message as above, and stayed that way. Now it says:
Bootloader
d2.37
Battery Low
cannot program
Which obviously means my battery is like, dead. But I can't go anywhere from this screen no matter what I do and its still not charging.
Based on the information you provided I recommend having a store technician take a look at the device.
