Since I updated, my text messages no longer display in the order they were received. It's driving me crazy. Help!!!
First make sure that you have the most updated software on the phone.
From the main screen, touch menu tab
Touch Settings
Touch About Phone
Touch System Updates
Then dial *228 send and option 1 on the phone.
The issue with the order of messages is usually a time issue with the clock on the device. Applications like SMS Time Fix and No Lock may be used to correct the time issue for new messages, but not existing messages. Those applications can be found by searching the Android Market Place. The Android Market Place Applications are not Verizon Wireless Applications.
You can enable the SMS Time Fix Application and check the box to use your phones time. This will only fix new incoming messages and not ones you received prior to this fix.

This is a known issue with Motorola. They are currently working on a fix.
