I just got this new phone today and previously had an LG Chocolate and had bought ringtones from Verizon and I have sent them to my new phone and have the email however I can't find them nor do I know where to save them. It doesn't give me the option to save them.
I have paid for these and would like to use them. So if you have any help for me I would greatly appreciate it as I am new at this type of phone.

I'm not really sure where you will find that, but you can check the Verizon website. Look for your phone and there are several demos and videos that might walk you through the process.
Also, if you already have music on your phone and want to use those for your ringtones, download the Ring Droid app for free. It allows you to select partitions of your songs and apply them to specific numbers as ringtones.
I think you will also probably have to download the Verizon VCast Tones app to your phone. My guess is that they would appear once you have that app on your phone.
