Help with loud high pitched noise during phone calls

Can someone offer some help or advice on this?  My droid charge has been making loud high pitched noises during phone calls.  Doesn't happen all the time, but I would say, on average, maybe 1 in 4 calls.  Help!

To be more specific, here are the problems I am experiencing:

1. speaker makes loud, screeching noises during calls

2. microphone seems to cut off during some calls

3. camera freezes from time to time while viewing pics

I'm very sorry to hear your having issues with your droid charge. I would be happy to look into this with you. Did this start after an application was downloaded? Please try powering the device in safe mode and retest. Here's a great link on how to power on in safe mode: http://bit.ly/QfGvNp
