Here is how to enter pauses or wait into phone numbers:

You will need to follow the instructions in the link below; however, the link doesn't tell you how to attain the keyboard as shown in the pictures. You must touch and hold the phone input section until you get a pop up. Select "Input Method" and then select the multi-key select (NOT the SWYPE). This will bring up the keyboard seen in the link: http://search.vzw.com/?do=viewdoc&id=34084 Also enter a space between the phone number and pause. The space will allows it to automatically dial the ext. i.e., 999-999-9999 ;,,,1234
Semi-colon= Pause
Comma = wait

That is annoying. Because my blackberry recognizes an "x" (as in extension) as a wait. I tried calling one of those numbers from my droid and it appeared to run all the numbers together...and I got a "that number is not in service message." This is going to be a problem since I manage all my contacts via Outlook. Now I have to change them all. Really?
