I am having several issues such as the phone shutting off on it's own, can't receive text messages and the andriod apps always force close. I haven't even had this phone a month. It also locks up and I have had to do two factory resets with TS. I could have remained with my previous carrier where I had no problems. I am very unhappy with Verizon and this Driod Charge.

This is an over simplification but it is so easy to do just try it.  Plug your phone into the charger and when it shows that it is fully charged KEEP IT PLUGGED INTO THE CHARGER and start using the phone.  If it works properly then you have a bad battery.

I know you've already completed two factory resets, so I won't ask you to do that again! Do you have any task killers, battery savers or antivirus applications? If so please uninstall them! There are certain applications that cause the exact problems you're experiencing.

i have the exact same problem, my internet also cuts in and out and it doesnt recieves calls just voicemails!
