So on Sunday January 30th I upgraded my plan to the droid incredible, not knowing that verizon wireless was currently having a promotion on data packages that expired on January 31st!! I found that out today and called to see if they would honor it...and OF COURSE NOT!!! Even though the promotion ended yesterday and I called today when I heard about it and when I received my phones this afternoon, and not to mention the fact I have been a LOYAL Verizon wireless customer for 4 years. This is very disappointing to me and UNFORTUNATELY I'm stuck for another 2 years, which upsets me very much. After talking to 2 supervisors no luck. SO HERE'S A HUGE THUMBS DOWN TO VERIZON WIRELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

You are not stuck, take the phone back activate your old phone and look for another plan or service provider. You have 14 days to do so.
But as AZSALUKI stated, 150MB for a Smartphone is useless. You had been on here a month later wondering why your data charges were so large.
nless you are talking about the Talk Free Smartphone promotion. If that is the case, you as a consumer need to do your homework. That had been advertised to death of over a month. Read the flyers in the store. If this is what you are speaking of, I suspect you did not qualify for the plan.
You would have had a second line on your account that was NOT a Smartphone and switch that line to a smartphone and a $30 data plan.
