This phone is by far the crappiest phone I have ever owned! I am on my 4th phone and I am receiving my 5th today. The touch screen goes out after a few months, and the home, menu, back, and search buttons stop working. It also does whatever it wants at times without me touching it. I absolutely HATE this phone and all the replacements do the same thing. I am not rough with my phones at all and I don't drop them a lot or damage them, so that's not the reason. These phones are defective, and I will never purchase a Motorola again!
