How can I get a network unlock code for my motorola droid 2?

Hi everyone im a turkish citizen living in Turkey and my cousin has brought a droid 2 for me to use in here. She has payed all the taxes in US and used it for 2 years there. But now i cant use it in here. So is it possible for me to get a network unlock key from verizon to use it with my cell operator in Turkey. Please help!!!

You need to be a current Verizon Wireless customer to be able to request the SIM unlock along with other requirements.

There has to b a way to unlock that phone without being a verizon customer
