how do you make the picture show normally? when i try this it zooms in on the picture no matter no how i go about trying to adjust the little zoom thing that comes up when i select a picture even if i dont touch it i still get a zoomed in version as the background....any way to lock the picture or back ground from moving when i move between homescreens?

This cant be changed because the image scrolls through the number of windows you have setup so the location the image display will reflect the number of panels the image will span, you can disable the scrolling background on LauncherPro and then make a image to center image but stock interface doesnt support this option.

There really isn't any way around this in stock app, maybe a app on market may allow you to handle the image differently..

Just a little information that I learned, I played around witth a few images and I verified if you clip the image to 480x854 with image centered and disable the scrolling background you can center the image.

At this time there is no option to disable the scrolling background on the stock user-interface. However there are applications such as Launcher Pro. Which enables different interfaces and options on the home-screen. Keep in mind that all applications are from third party users and are download at your own risk.

Sorry I keep forgetting that the stock app is lacking on some the quality features required to do things like this.. In reply to your question, no the stock app does not have a way to do disable wallpaper scroll but Launcher Pro is the best thing going to resolve bugs like this, besides its free and runs smoother on the Droid X than the stock blur, I wont use the stock interface any more.

They asked about using the picks as a wallpaper, drag and drop only moves the files but does not use them as wallpapers.
