How can I sync to a computer when the LCD touch screen is dead?

My LCD screen died. The replacement phone is on the way, but I cannot sync the phone to my PC without making a choice on the phone.

Since the phone is damaged. You may not be able to transfer the contacts off of your device. You can see if one of our Technical Support agents can complete a phone book transfer for you, however, keep in mind, since the phone isn't working well, they may not be able to complete it. To determine the closest Verizon Wireless Corporate Store, please enter your address information at the web address below:

I recommend calling the location prior to making the trip to make sure they have the equipment necessary to complete a phone book transfer.
If you are not able to transfer the contacts over, and after you activate the replacement phone, I recommend that you download and launch the Backup Assistant. After activation, you can then add your contact information via the website and then have it synced to your device. For more information on Backup Assistant, please visit the link below:
