I'd love to help you get those calls blocked jeballew!

Our basic blocking feature only allows 10 digit numbers, however if you sign up for FamilyBase, you can block international numbers as well. International numbers are somtimes longer, and this will allow you to block the number you wish. http://vz.to/1itIwrL

I'm running a Moto G, Android 4.4.4, using the "People" app (Contacts) version 4.4.4-42. I also use Google Voice, so I'm not sure if this will be different for most people.

Let the 11 digit or other unwanted international call go. Open up your call history, and tap the left icon (not the number! that will call them back) to add the number to a contact. Create a new contact, calling it something like "SPAM INTERNATIONAL." Then in the People/Contacts app, find your newly created entry. Tap the person/head icon to bring up the full contact info. In the top right corner, tap the menu button (three dots on top of each other) and select "All calls to voicemail." Now your phone won't ring when that number calls you up. Ignore any voicemails they might leave.
