How do I enable HTML?

When I try to open some of my email, it says I need to enable HTML. I'm not talking about my gmail account, I mean my second account, AOL. Also, I can't open music attachments - I don't know if that has to do with the HTML, but I'm asking just in case. Thanks for your help Linda

Hello lindaruth,

Although there isn't a setting for html on the Incredible, the solution would be to change how much of the email is downloaded when it's received on the device. I have posted the steps below to change the email file size limit. They are as follows.

1. Go to your mail
2. Press menu button
3. Go to More
4. Go to settings
5. Go to send and receive
6. Go to mail size limit

7. Change size to higher KB amount, 100KB.

NOTE: Default file size limit is 1KB or 5KB, text only.
