My Motorola Droid X2 was lagging very badly. I went to Verizon and they told me to do a factory reset. They said I wouldn't lose any of my pictures or music. Well, I lost both. I can handle losing the music but not my pictures because there were pictures on my phone that were the last pictures I took of my dog before she died. Please tell me I can get the pictures back. I am missing all the pictures from my phone since I first purchased my phone a year ago.
Thank you for any help you can provide

if pics and/or music are on the sd card, they wouldn't be lost with the factory reset. pics must have been in phone memory & why they were lost.
the phone defaults saving of pics to the sd card, unless you change it.
i don't know of any way to save music to the phone, only to the card.
did you use backup assistant plus & save media to the cloud, if not, pics are lost sorry to say.
