I had to get a replacement phone and need to mail the broken one back. The envelope says to remove the battery. I can not open the phone. Can anyone tell me how to remove the battery?
Those are generalized instructions to keep battery, battery door and SD cards, none of which the Mini has. It wasn't specific to you, just generalized. YOU do not have to send back the battery, as the phone is sealed and battery is not user-removable.
