I don't have backup assisant plus and don't have verizon as my carrier anymore, but the phone still tries to sync everyday. I would like it to stop.. I get this error: error network failure when I click the link on the phone. I cannot uninstall the app cause there is not one to uninstall. Any help? Thank you

I'm sorry to learn that you are no longer part of our wireless family Cyd! I recommend doing a factory reset http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-44747/ and not enable Backup Assistance when you are setting up your phone after reset. If you feel the need to join our network again in the future, just visit this link vzw.com/LNP at your covenience.

When I click on 'actions' it says:
"No actions are available" ???
