Go to the sound setting in either the phone or the keyboard application and turn off vibrate on touch.

haha! It's called haptic feedback, it's hard to find that setting on some phones, (either in keyboard or sound menu) but I have an easier solution, just download the app called "haptic feedback" on the playstore, it's an app that has no permissions or adds or whatever it just turns off the vibrate function of your phone when you text or type onto the keypad. Works like charm
