Press and hold the power/lock button. After about one second press the home button. There is a slight delay but you should get a screenshot. If it doesn't work, check to see if you need a software upgrade as this feature was only available after one of the most recent software upgrades.

That only works if the phone is running Android 4.0 and higher. I am not sure the HTC DROID Incredible 2 ever got the update to Android 4.0.
