How do I transfer an adobe file from my pc to Droid?

Email, dropbox, blue tooth file transfer, and usb are all option (there are probably many more as well)

Dropbox is an application that you can download from the market. It lets you sync files between your phone and your pc. Check out http://www.dropbox.com/.
