Can't seem to figure out how to use backup assistant. I followed the instructions from the backup assistant webpage, i.e. went to contacts on my phone, registered for backup assistant, set up pin, etc. So when I go back to the My Versizonwebsite and go to the backup assistant webpage, it's that same generic page telling my why I should download backup assistant and instructions for doing so on various phones. When I click continue at the bottom of that page, it gives me the following error message: " Make sure you've downloaded Backup Assistant to device . You can only view contacts for the number that is currently signed in. If you're trying to access Backup Assistant for other lines on your account, please sign off and sign in with that number." But I did sign in to my verizon so I don't know what the problem is?? One thing I kept looking for is where I would enter the PIN number I set up on my phone but it doesn't ever ask me for that on the website. What am I missing???

Is this your very 1st time attempting to use backup assistant? Did you already have contacts stored on the phone?
Did you install BUA on the phone first http://support.verizonwireless.com/how_to_use/backup_assistant.html
You would first need to install BUA on your device and sync your contacts. Once you have completed your 1st sync from the Incredible, you will then be able to log into https://wbillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/nos/ba_nab/overview_def.jsp to see your contacts.
