How to add/remove an Action in a contact?

I have a contact that has four different phone numbers.  when I open that contact, in the Actions area, there are options to Send Message to each one of those numbers.  I would only ever want to message to one of them so how do I delete the others?

Similarly I have some contacts were I'd like to add an action to send message to one of their other numbers.

I am sorry but these Actions for the contacts come preset.  They can not be removed.
