I upgraded my droid bionic to ice cream sandwich with no problems. The only problem is one I created. While experimenting with power savers I disabled Smart Actions and now cannot find it to enable it. It does not show up on any application list. When I try to download from Play Store it shows it already installed and offers enable. When I select enable I get the error message that Play Store is no longer working and it stops.
How do I get to smart actions to enable it?
Thanks,
Bruce

It should be in your apps, but at the bottom of the list (which is where disabled apps are located). Click on Menu, then Manage apps, then All. Scroll to the very bottom and you should see Smart Actions. If you want to enable it, click on Disabled (at the far right), then Enable.

Tiki,
Thanks! I just learned where disabled apps appear and learned once more that it pays to search just a little bit further.
