How to install apps to memory card

How do I install an app to the SD memory card? I am running 2.2 but do ne=ot see the option.

Thanks but that option is greyed out on every app I have looked at, any thoughts on that?

I just checked, seems like if it is a preloaded app (comes with the phone) the "move to sd card" option is greyed out, otherwise if it's an app from the market, it is possible to move it to the sd card.

Only application that the programmers has wrote the command to allow this will show this option, there are a number of apps that has been updated with this command but it hasnt became a standard just yet.

Take a look at 'sdmove' makes it alot easier to move apps to sd card. It tells you what apps you are allowed to move to sd card and which ones you cannot. very easy.
