How to play music by Genre?

Drug and Droppped my music files on to my DX. 

Tap Music and can play All Songs/Shuffle or I can play a specific Album/shuffle with in an album.

I can create a Play List such as Country Rock Blues etc and I can can put a song at a time into a playlist.

I can shuffle within a playlist

I do not see any way to play by Genre or to move all songs in an album into a playlist.

Any assitance will be appreciated.

I had to check because I havent used the stock music player much and it appears there isnt a Genre option, give Merridian Media Player, I use it and this option is there.  You can get the free version off the Market.
