Hi i have an htc incredible its stuck in a loop it never goes past the the first incredible screen to put it in safe mode when going to boot menu it wont let me factory store or anything when i push the power button to choose it goes back to the first incredible screen then starts looping again, any suggestions?
Press and hold down the Power button.

Press and hold Volume down then press and hold the Power button.
When the HBOOT screen appears, release the keys.
Press Volume down to select Factory reset then press the Power button.
This boot process takes several moments, reference the progress bar located in the upper right. If the device hangs or freezes, remove and replace the battery
