***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I am using up data and not even using my phone. Uninstall most of my apps and still using data. I am afraid in a day or so I will run out and they will start charging me

I am having trouble with my data usage.  I uninstalled most of my apps and it is still using up data.  I am afraid that they will start charging me.  I am up to over 100 mb's and I only have 250.  I do not know what to do and I can not contact anybody in company.
