I can only hear out going calls/ incoming calls can hear me

This has just started, I have a droid 2 global that has been working fine until two days ago.

Now I can not hear incoming calls but they can hear me. I call right back and everything is fine.

I have taken the battery out and reset it and it continues to do the same thing. Any ideas?
