I can't send any text, when I try it says "cause code 97 error class 2". How do I fix this?

Try dialing *228, option 1 to reset your connection to the Verizon Wireless network.

Sending text messages are important for everyone. We definitely want to ensure that your device is working properly again.  When did this issue start? What zipcode are you located in? Have you pulled the battery and restarted the phone? As Ann154 suggested, a *228, then option 1 will be the next step after pulling the battery. (if the problem is still present).
