I have had this phone all of 4 months and I have had problems since day one. Everything always force closing, it restarts itself on it's own.... always dropping the network, dropping calls, facebook never hardly worked (when it did it would just force close). So last night it loses network (again) so I restart it and now it won't go past the Droid start up animation. It just plays it over and over and never boots up.
The sad thing is I come here for help to file a equipment claim and verizon says "just call 1-800 , etc.. etc..". I DON'T HAVE A PHONE how am I supposed to call you??? They don't make payphones anymore (I don't think ha ha).... lol so how am I supposed to call???
You should have somewhere online to submit things like that. Now I have to go all the way in town to the Verizon store to use their phone to call you about your piece of crap phone.
I am just over this! Any suggestions on how to get my phone to boot up long enough to call Verizon for help????
