I have 2 phones on my plan

I want to block 2-3 phone #s from  (2 phones on my plan)  only one phone # on my plan. I don't want to block them from my #. Can I do this?

From the call blocking page, there is a drop down menu for you to choose the number you want the block for, so it seems that this is possible.
