From the home screen, touch the applications tab(located on the bottom of the screen).
Touch Email.
Touch the desired email message.
Touch Delete.
If these steps do not allow the message to be removed, on your device dial *228 press send and choose option 1 to re-program, then go through the delete email steps again.
