Like android 2.1 OS mp4 file work. My Droid is perfect but 2.2 OS took that features off. That. Suck my old g1 play mp4 movie and my Droid doesn't since 2.2 OS. Next update fix that.

I apologize that upgrading to the Froyo Version software for your phone altered your ability to play/view certain files (mp4). We are not aware if, or when the Gingerbread version software will be available for your phone. Please be assured that any software upgrade will be forwarded systematically to all our customers when available. Additionally, please keep in mind that we do not know what functions will be included with any future software upgrades and cannot be certain that your mp4 files concerns will be resolved with a future software upgrade.

Antonio my droid1 on ecliar 2.1 os played mp4 fine. But I notice on other forum that froyo not only took mp4 out, and now battery cicle used to show 1% at time. Now it 10% for each level instead of 1%. So instead of 99%, it will go down 90,80 and so on. 2.1 os wasn't like that.

Why is showing battery life in 10 percent increments an issue for you? System developers make changes when they upgrade the operating system. They try to improve the system with each update. Obviously, not every user is going to like every single change.
