how do u change the 4 default icons at bottom of screen

I believe this method should work for you...

1. Unlock your phone to home page
2. Tap the Applications
3. Tap the menu button (Far left in the button row)
4. Tap View Type
5. Select Customizable Grid
6. Tap the menu button (Far left in the button row)
7. Tap Edit
8. Drag the desired icon into the dock to replace the unwanted shortcut.
9. Tap Home
10. Your dock should now be filled with your desired three shortcuts!
