Incoming Calls From Specific Number Going Straight to Voice Mail

I've had my Incredible since December, but this is a fairly recent issue. When I get phone calls from my dad they are going straight to voice mail, per his report. On my end, I hear nothing but it will show up as a missed calls the next time I look at my phone. 

Although I've had the sporatic calls here and there where I've thought, "Hmm, my phone was right here, why didn't I hear it?" from other callers, his in particular seems to always go straight to voicemail. I've tried to search for a solution for this but no one else seems to have any info.

Go to the People App (Contacts), find your dad, click on him, scroll down make sure the option to send him straight to Voicemail is set to OFF.

I had someone tell me to delete the contact and readd it and so far that is working. Now I wish I had seen this before just because I'm curious if that was the problem and just deleting the contact fixed it.

I am 100% sure that is the cause as it was for a contact of mine. They were bugging me late at night (DD, Drunk Dialing) so I set them to go to VM and forgot I did it.
