Incoming images by text

I am not receviing images that are sent with texts.  I must have them blocked somehow.  Any ideas how to allow these images to come thru?

If you're using the text app that came with the device open it, go to settings and check the box for auto-retrieve under MMS settings.

Thanks for your response but auto-retrieve was already checked.  I must have something else blocking these images...

Close the app and do a soft reset on the phone. After you complete the soft reset, dial *228 option 2. I have provided the steps below to complete the soft reset. 
 
Press and hold the Power button.
Touch Power off.
Press and hold the Power button to power on the device.
