Incredible 2.3 update

I hear there was lot of issues with the 2.3 update for Incredible. Should I consider myself lucky to have not received this update yet?

No I'm not drinking the kool aid Give me 2.3 or better 3.0 it's about{word filter avoidance} TIME. Don't ya think? What is with the delay-Cheapness????
