Alright folks,
I do not mean to vent or complain, but I need advice/insight into what I should do about my situation. I received my 3rd HTC Inc2 when my 2nd device stopped charging (caused by loose USB port). Anyway, I was applying the Zagg Invisible Sheild, which I have had on all of my phones, and liquid somehow leaked underneath my screen. My screen is now mostly dark and very hard to read. I have called Verizon 3 times, stopped into the retail store twice, and searched the internet for any assistance on how to get Verizon to:
A:) Admit that the Inc2 they sent me had a faulty screen (not properly sealed)
B.) Stop giving me different answers with each interaction of a Verizon Rep.
C.) Just trade out my damaged phone, which is still under the one year warrenty
And here is the kicker, the water damage stickers are both in original form, meaning no component damage to the phone itself. So my question is very simple. What do I do now?

My number is >edited for privacy< this is my contact number and mobile phone
number.
I am not looking for any handouts, I just want my phone to have a clear
screen and actually work. What I would love to be able to do is switch over
to a droid x2 and wash my hands of HTC as a company. 3 phones in such a
short timeframe really highlights how HTC just isn't on par with the
quality companies in the cell world. Please don't get me wrong a simple
replacement would suffice. Any assistance with my situation would be
greatly appreciated, and beneficial to both parties as I am responsible for
around twenty five different accounts on the Verizon network.
Thank you for your time,
Brad >edited for privacy<

A direct message can be sent via the communications icon near the top of the forums (box with arrow pointing down). The VZW should have sent a "follow" request and you should have accepted to so you two can now send direct messages (DMs) back and forth.
Edit your post if you can, this way not just anyone can get your phone number.

Ok... So you broke your own device. You applied a liquid to put on the screen protector and you want Verizon to fit the bill? Man I wish all manufacturers and carriers would warranty water damage...

No, Tidbits, I applied the same style and model of screen protector to my
newest incredible 2, that the application liquid seeped through the outer
edge of the screen (an improperly sealed screen) and that damaged the
screen. Hence a faulty phone, therefore being a refurbished phone that
should not have been sent to me.
