I have a Incredible 2. I literally purchased it 1 year to the day. It will not charge at all. I've tried everything I can think of. we have drained it completely, we have left it plugged in for hours. It simply won't charge at all.
What are my options? What is the warranty on the phone?
Same here! I purchased mine the 25th of June last year, and as of the other day it will NOT charge. I have read that this is a big issue, and has to do with the charging port, as most people can get it started up with a new (charged) battery, it just never charges.
I would go to verizon TODAY, as the warranty is only 1 year. They can probably replace the phone.
