I have an incredible 2 and recently it froze so I took the battery out, now it won't turn on at all. I took it to the verizon store today and they told me since I accidently bent the exterior metal frame when I first got it, they won't replace it. I have to go through insurance and pay for a new phone. this is frustrating because I don't want to pay 100. for a pone that may just break again and it seems like a lot of people have the same problem with.
