I need to know if this is a setting that can be changed ? if this is just how the phones is? or if its a defect?
When I open a picture message I am only able to view for 5 seconds then the picture goes back to all message screen? I have to continue to click it open. I have checked all settings I can think off I even did a factory reset. Does anyone else have this issue? Or now the solution?
same gripe here. so far the only solution (and i'm not thrilled with it, but it works) i've figured out is to save the pic then view it in your photos.
Ok yea I figured that out to but you have the same issue to, I still would like to know if all Incredibles do that or if maybe its just a setting we missed.

i've searched and searched with no luck. just wait till you get a video and go to open it and it shuts down in like a second!!! very annoying!
