Incredible TV Out - Where can you buy the cord?

I want to start using this feature.  Does anyone sell micro-usb-composite cables yet?

None of the official accessories for the Incredible are out yet.  It is kind of frustrating.  I want the extended battery.  The official one that won't void my warranty and the tv cable.  All anyone has found so far is the mini-usb cord and apparently there is an adapter but from what I have heard the adapter only goes from micro to mini not the other way currently. 

I like this phone but I do think it is sad that they have touted some of these features without the accessories needed to actually use the features.  Also I think it is sad that the phone came out so long before the accessories are released.

I pre-ordered so been using for about two weeks now and think it is a great phone so far.  I also had the nexus one so have a good comparison point between the two.    I like the style of the nexus, but Verizon's network blows away t-mobiles in terms of reliability and speed.  Apps react and load much faster on the Incredible.

Any idea on when accessories will start rolling?  I am hoping they make a customized car dock...
