Hi there, I just started having the problem with not receiving text messages on my Droid Incredible. I switched to pre-paid with Verizon a couple months ago. I've tried everything imaginable to rectify the problem with Verizon customer service and tech support to no avail. They finally told me it was a "device" problem. The phone worked just fine up until that point. I'm guessing my problem was also caused by an update from Verizon. I'd be interested in knowing if there was any response from the agencies you contacted, and the status of any class-action suit.
