For the last day my phone has been freezing up and the only way I can get it to return to normal is removing and replacing battery. I have probably done this at least 10 times in the last 12 hours. The touchscreen stops working, it doesn't respond to touching the menu or other buttons at the bottom, and it doesn't respond to trying to turn it off with the power button. LIke I said - totally unresponsive. It has happened when I want to hang up on a phone call (I can't), when it's on the homescreen, while plugged in for charging or not plugged. Doesn't seem to matter. I did a hard reset about 3 weeks ago to fix some other issues it was having and would rather not do that again. Any suggestions? I'm up for an upgrade but wasn't really ready to do that yet - would prefer to just use this one for a while more.
If I do have to upgrade, any recommendations on a current Droid phone? Loved my Incredible until about 3-4 months ago.

Its hard to let go of phones we love, isn't it AGB2BPro? I had the Incredible too and loved it too. How long have you had yours? It sounds like it may be time for a new one. Unless you have insurance. If you do, you may be able to file a claim for a replacment of the same device. You can file claim here: http://bit.ly/T3945e or 888-881-2622. We also have the DROID INCREDIBLE 4G LTE BY HTC, the HTC Rezound™, and the DROID DNA by HTC. You can view them all here: http://bit.ly/OqjpSF
I hope this helps!
