This is beyone belief. My phone was just great until the software upgrade. Now I have done two hard restests with no results. Veizone just wants me purchace another phore. Not going to happen. Customer service (tech support) was good but with no solution except to upgrade my phone. They even suggested a new Samsung III phone. Back to the store tomorrow, they won't be happy to see me. Thinking of reinstating my boost phone. Will save $$. The smart phone offers features that I don't need or use.
