International Dialing

Hello All,

Thought I would ask the experts here rather than just get a shody answer if I walked into a Verizon store. I'll be traveling to Cancun and need to bring my Droid. I understand I can get Verizon to turn on International for the time frame. My questions relate to dialing instructions. They are as follows.

Say my phone number is 123-456-7890, how do I:

Dial a USA Cell Phone from Mexico using my cell?

Dial a USA Land Line Phone from Mexico using my cell?

Someone from a USA Cell Phone dial my cell while I'm in Mexico?

Someone from a USA Land Line Phone dial my cell while I'm in Mexico?
