On occasion I get an alert on my Droid Bionic that I'm in international roaming. I just got one and I am sitting here in my living room and I am not out of the country. Why does this come up? Will I be charged for this?

That definitely sounds unusual manettarose2. Where are you located? Is it possible you are close to the border of another country? How often are you power cycling your device? Have you tried a battery pull? Let's get to the bottom of this!
Sincerely,

I live in Pennsylvania. I am not near a border of another country. What do
you mean by power cycling my device? This has happened a few times.

Power cycling simply means turning off the phone and then back on.
You might try resetting the network connection. Turn off the phone and remove the SIM card. Wait a few minutes, then replace the SIM card and turn the phone back on.
