Is KitKat 4.4 now available for Motorola Droid Ultra?

I have heard and read that KitKat 4.4 is now available for the Droid Ultra for Verizon customers. I've also read that Motorola is including device updates in the upgrade. Included would be camera upgrades so I am anxious to get started. How might I access and download the update?

It's my understanding that the update has been pulled due to issues.
