How do you tell if your Droid Mini is "locked" or "unlocked" by Verizon? There is conflicting (or maybe just confusing ;o) information online about which Verizon phones are locked.
p.s. Do not know if this makes any difference, buy my Droid Mini is 2-years old.

It is a locked phone since the boot loader is locked and not unlockable. However, it is unlocked for any GSM SIM card, so that you can use it with any GSM carriers service.
