My Charge email seems to make any forwarded email into an attachment, which is impossible for some ot view o nthe other end and is getting my emails blocked by my customer's servers/phones. What settings can be changed to eliminate this issue as our company has other charge units that don't share this issue...Thanks.

I am sorry for the delayed response. I would like to get some more information about your email account and settings. What type of email account do you have setup on the device? If you have multiple accounts does this issue happen with all of them and with every message forwarded? I tested through gmail on a Charge forwarding an email to an iPhone and it showed up as normal forwarded message. I look forward to hearing back from you so we can resolve this issue.
